Equipping Classes

The Equipping Classes are designed to further shepherd our church body in the pursuit of being mature disciples of Christ who love Him and love others in His name (Matthew 22:34-40). This ministry seeks to enhance/augment the regular expositional preaching ministry in the worship services by intentional systematic teaching through key Biblical topics so that Christ’s flock at Cross & Crown Church is taught the “whole counsel of God” (Acts 20:27). This intentional discipleship program (Matthew 28:20) not only seeks to provide edification for the body, but also provides a small group environment for relationship development and small group prayer. View our Sunday Morning Schedule for more information on class offerings, times, and locations.

LifeGroups

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Proverbs 27:17

LifeGroups are sermon-based, small-group studies. Each LifeGroup meets during the week to enjoy fellowship, pray with one another, and discuss the previous Sunday's message. Discussion questions provide focus on the understanding and application of the Biblical passage that was taught.

LifeGroups take a break during the Summer mid-May through August.

Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry at Cross and Crown Church exists to glorify God by loving Jesus and loving others in Jesus’ name. In order to accomplish this we have four main pillars of ministry, through which we desire to encourage the women at C&C toward a deeper love of the Lord and to be filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ (Phil 1:9-11).

Midweek Groups

Groups meet at a variety of times to study the word of God in Bible Study or ladies can participate in Mom to Mom, our weekly gathering of moms, which provides intentional fellowship and learning opportunities for moms of all ages.

Prayer and Care

Our Prayer and Care Ministry is a group of women who faithfully pray for every woman who attends C&C. They also invite all women at C&C to meet monthly for prayer.

Discipleship Ministry

Our Discipleship Ministry provides opportunities to learn and connect with other ladies during specific sessions throughout the year that equip our ladies to disciple one another.

Fellowship Gatherings

We have a variety of fellowship gatherings and social groups that provide ways to get to get to know new friends and practice the “one anothers” of Scripture.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry at Cross and Crown Church exists to glorify God by loving Jesus and loving others in Jesus’ name. In order to accomplish this, we seek to create environments where men are growing in the knowledge of the Bible and deepen relationships with other men in the church so that they grow in their knowledge and conformity to Christ. We seek to accomplish this in 3 general ways:

Bible Studies

We provide small-group bible studies that meet regularly throughout town for men to grow in their knowledge of the Scriptures, join together in prayer and grow in their relationships with other men seeking Christ in their lives.

Men’s Breakfasts

We schedule quarterly, Saturday morning men's breakfasts where we enjoy a catered meal, fellowship with the other men of the church and sit under the teaching of God's Word.

Men’s Conference

We set aside one weekend a year to host a Men's Conference at the church in which we bring in a speaker to address a pertinent/important topic from God's Word that the men of Cross & Crown Church need to glorify the Lord in their spiritual, personal and professional lives.
